Who is the Meeting and Congress Manager and what does he do?

Meetings and congresses are important activities in the hospitality sector. The most relevant hotel facilities are often home to such events, so it is important to have a manager in charge of the organization chart. The Manager of meetings and congresses takes care of the definition and implementation of these events at every stage, from conception to implementation, interfacing (and guiding) the clients in the planning and management of the budget, the logistical and administrative aspects. He prepares the structure in the best way in view of the event, coordinates a dedicated team and acts as an intermediary between all the subjects involved.
