Who is the MICE Manager and what does he do?

The MICE Manager is the professional who deals with the planning, management, and implementation of all the types of events indicated by the four letters, Meeting, Incentive, Congress and Convention, Event and Exhibition. He usually coordinates a team in which different figures converge, can organize any type of event, and therefore has experience and knowledge of different realities and sectors: corporate, tourism – hotels, non-profit, medical-scientific, etc. He knows how to offer specific solutions to each client, agrees on objectives and budgets, takes care of the promotion of the event.
