The candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting in managing clients from the inquiry phase, site visits, and throughout the event
• Assisting in managing relationships with vendors operating during events
• Assisting in managing activities related to the venue

Requirements:

• Passion for events
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in major computer tools (Microsoft Office package)
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility, initiative, and organizational abilities
