A company specializing in travel experiences and hospitality offers an internship opportunity in Travel & Reservations at its Taormina location.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing booking requests for transportation, venues, and experiences
- Contacting and coordinating with suppliers to check availability and confirm services
- Updating bookings and itineraries
- Communicating with clients to confirm quotations and itineraries
- Sending reminders and communications regarding booked services
- Supporting the daily operational activities of the Travel department
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related fields
- Interest in Travel, Hospitality, and Client Experience
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good command of English
- Proactivity, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
