A travel agency specialized in travel consulting, tailor-made packages and booking services offers an internship opportunity as a Travel Agent.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting travel consulting and tourism package sales activities;
• Assisting in the management of bookings (flights, hotels, and travel services);
• Supporting the creation of personalized travel itineraries;
• Managing customer requests and providing pre- and post-sales assistance;
• Collaborating with tour operators and suppliers;
• Supporting operational and administrative activities.

Requirements:

• Master in Tourism Management;
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Good command of the English language.
