A leading incoming tour operator is offering an internship opportunity as a Destination Manager in Naples.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the management of bookings and travel packages (incoming/outgoing);
• Collaborating with the team in the organization of itineraries, travel packages and tourism services;
• Coordinating with partners and tourism service providers (guides, accommodation facilities, transport companies);
• Supporting customer reception and assistance activities, both at the office and during organized excursions and tours;
• Managing front office activities, including phone calls, emails and information requests;
• Supporting back office activities, including database updates, uploading offers into the management system and preparing informational materials.

Requirements:

• Master in Tourism Management;
• Good command of the English language;
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital tools;
• Interest in the tourism sector and in the promotion of local destinations.
