The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the organization and coordination of meetings, events, and conference activities
• Assisting in the operational management of corporate and hospitality events
• Supporting relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
• Working alongside the team in the logistical and organizational planning of events
• Assisting with reporting activities and operational coordination

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management or Event Management
• Interest in the MICE and luxury hospitality sectors
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good command of the English language
