A Prestigious boutique hotel in the heart of Rome, offers an internship opportunity in the role of Guest Relations Agent.

Main activities:

• Support guest reception, check-in and check-out activities
• Assist guests during their stay and respond to information requests
• Support the management of reservations, e-mails and telephone communications
• Assist with front office back-office activities and guest stay information updates
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and attentive guest service
• Support international guests and provide basic information about Rome and local attractions

Requirements:

• Master in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management or a related field
• Good command of English; an additional language is considered an advantage
• Strong communication skills, guest orientation and confidence in dealing with the public
• Accuracy, reliability and good organizational skills
• Basic digital skills and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry
