A prestigious international hotel group offers an internship opportunity in Florence within its Marketing Department, with a focus on Social Media and Digital Communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the management of corporate and hotel social media editorial plans
• Support the planning and review of editorial calendars and the events calendar
• Handle social media requests and support collaborations with influencers and creators
• Carry out community management activities, monitoring and managing online interactions
• Create organic graphic content for the company’s social media platforms
• Create graphic content for Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook and Instagram)
• Support data collection and analysis, contributing to reporting activities

Requirements

• Strong interest in the hospitality industry, marketing and digital communication
• Curiosity, creativity and good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Canva; knowledge of the Adobe suite is considered a plus
• Graphic design and video editing skills, including CapCut or similar tools
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
