A prestigious international hotel group offers an internship opportunity in Florence within its Marketing Department, with a focus on Operational Marketing and Communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the organization of events and special projects, contributing to the creation of communication materials
• Assist the Marketing and Graphic Design teams in developing flyers, posters, menus, invitations, e-brochures and PowerPoint presentations
• Update communication materials following new photo shoots, structural changes or requests from individual hotels
• Support copywriting activities for corporate materials, websites, affiliation portals, brochures and partner communications
• Collaborate on updates to web and sales portals, coordinating texts, images and information sheets
• Support market research, benchmark analyses and competitor monitoring

Requirements

• Strong interest in the hospitality industry, marketing and communication
• Curiosity, accuracy and good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Canva; knowledge of the Adobe suite is considered a plus
• Graphic design and video editing skills, including CapCut or similar tools
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
