Prestigious hospitality venue located in Montecassiano offers an internship opportunity within the MICE Management Department.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting meeting and event management activities;
• Assisting with meeting room setup and preparation;
• Supporting the management of event bookings and schedules;
• Collaborating in the management of client communications and requests;
• Assisting in the organization of coffee breaks and catering services;
• Supporting guest reception activities and event operations;
• Assisting with hotel reservations related to events and corporate activities.

Requirements:

• Master’s  in Hospitality Management;
• Interest in the MICE and hospitality industry;
• Good command of the English language;
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Strong communication and customer service skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Accuracy, proactivity, and ability to work effectively in a team.
