A company in the hospitality sector offers an internship opportunity in MICE & Events, focusing on group, meeting, and event.

The intern will be responsible for:

• Supporting the management of MICE and group requests
• Supporting the preparation of quotations and proposals
• Managing bookings and event-related documentation
• Coordinating with the internal departments involved
• Supporting relationships with clients, companies, and agencies
• Assisting with the operational organization of meetings and events

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management
• Interest in the MICE sector and event organization
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good command of English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proactivity, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
