A travel agency specialized in sailing experiences worldwide is offering an internship opportunity as a Sales Account Specialist in Milan.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with travelers via phone, email, and chat to assist them in selecting and booking their sailing experience.
• Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and eliminate any barriers to booking.
• Manage the sales pipeline, guiding clients through the decision-making process with a proactive approach.
• Offer tailored solutions to enhance the conversion rate from inquiries to bookings.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure an efficient flow of information and continuously improve the customer experience.
• Monitor the quality of offerings, ensuring that information about experiences is clear and up to date.

Requirements:

• Strong sales skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Ability to take initiative and actively contribute.
• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and multitasking ability.
