Company active in the organization of international events about fashion, technology and sustainability is offering an internship Opportunity

The intern will be responsible for:

• Supporting the management of relationships with press, media, influencers and creators;
• Assisting with guest accreditation and guest list management;
• Supporting RSVP activities and attendance confirmations;
• Updating and organizing media, guest and stakeholder databases;
• Assisting the team with communication activities before, during and after events;
• Supporting guest welcoming and assistance during events;
• Collaborating on guest relations and public relations activities;
• Supporting the team with operational activities related to event communication and promotion.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree/programme in Event Management and/or Communication, Social Media & Digital Marketing;
• Strong interest in events, communication and public relations;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of English;
• Accuracy, organization and attention to detail;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in dynamic and international environments.
