Established travel agency, Bonanza Viaggi, offers an internship opportunity as Destination Manager at its Treviglio office.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the design and development of travel itineraries and tour packages
• Researching and managing relationships with tour operators, DMCs, hotels, and local suppliers
• Assisting clients with travel consultancy and personalized travel proposals
• Analyzing destinations and contributing to the development of new travel products
• Managing customer inquiries via phone and email
• Using booking systems and handling operational travel procedures
• Updating offers, informational materials, and promotional content

Requirements:

• Strong interest in the tourism industry and destination management
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and results-driven approach
• Good command of the English language
