Internship as F&B Clerk in Milan
Luxury restaurant chain, based in Milan, offers internship opportunity as F&B reservations clerk.
The resource will be responsible for:
– Management of telephone reservations and through web channels (e.g. website)
– Sending information by email
– Management of the switchboard with forwarding of calls or emails to the responsible managers
– Use of internal table management software (subject to adequate training)
– Resolution of any problems related to individual reservations
– Up-selling activities
– Customer support for modification or cancellation of a reservation
It is required:
– Good knowledge of the English language
– Familiarity in using PC, internet and e-mail
– Excellent communication skills
– Customer orientation
– Flexibility, precision, organization
