Leading HR consulting firm based in Milan offers an internship within the Human Resources Department.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the publication of job advertisements across major recruitment channels;
• Assisting with candidate sourcing, CV screening, and initial phone and video interviews;
• Supporting the HR team during recruitment and selection activities;
• Assisting in the management of candidate relationships throughout the entire recruitment and onboarding process;
• Collaborating on the operational and organizational activities of the Human Resources department.

Requirements:

• Master’s in Human Resources;
• Interest in HR consulting and talent acquisition;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and LinkedIn;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
• Team-oriented mindset and goal-driven approach;
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
