Main responsibilities:
- Supporting recruitment and selection activities
- Posting and managing job advertisements
- Screening CVs and sourcing candidates through databases and digital channels
- Supporting social recruiting and talent scouting activities
- Contacting candidates and conducting initial screening
- Assisting with recruitment interviews
- Managing and updating the candidate database
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Proactivity, dynamism, and ability to work in a team
