An agency specialized in personnel selection and management offers an internship opportunity within its HR team.

The intern will be involved in:

• Supporting recruitment and personnel selection activities
• Screening and evaluating received CVs
• Conducting initial telephone contacts with candidates and assessing their availability
• Supporting the team during selection interviews
• Assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and professional profiles
• Matching selected candidates with clients’ needs
• Managing and updating the candidate database
• Publishing and updating job advertisements
• Supporting recruiting activities through different sourcing channels
• Managing contacts and follow-ups with candidates and clients
• Supporting administrative and organizational activities related to HR processes

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or postgraduate training in Human Resources or related fields
• Strong interest in HR, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong aptitude for working with people
• Good listening and candidate assessment skills
• Accuracy, organizational skills, and a proactive approach
• Good command of digital tools
• Ability to work towards objectives and collaborate within a team
