Luxury 5* Hotel, offers an internship opportunity within the Housekeeping Department, in the main organizational and supervisory activities .

Main Activities:

• Support in supervising and inspecting guest rooms and common areas;
• Verification of cleanliness, tidiness and presentation standards;
• Assistance with the daily organization of Housekeeping activities;
• Support in coordinating operational priorities;
• Collaboration with Reception, Maintenance and other hotel departments;
• Reporting any issues or maintenance needs;
• Monitoring the availability of linen, amenities and supplies;
• Learning procedures and quality standards typical of high-end hospitality;
• Support in handling guest requests.

Requirements:

• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Good organizational skills;
• Teamwork attitude;
• Flexibility and guest-oriented approach;
• Good knowledge of English is considered a plus.
