A prestigious luxury hospitality property offers an internship opportunity within the Food & Beverage department at its Milan location.

Main responsibilities:

• Welcome and escort guests to their tables in accordance with the property’s service standards;
• Manage reservations and guest requests through different channels;
• Present menus and assist with guest needs and special requests;
• Handle guest communications and support the resolution of any issues;
• Collaborate with the F&B team and other hotel departments;
• Support the department with organizational and administrative activities;
• Manage email correspondence and guest communications.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Hospitality Management;
• Interest in Food & Beverage and luxury hospitality;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Italian and English;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good organizational skills and familiarity with digital tools;
• Guest-oriented approach, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team;
• Knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.
