Luxurious 5-star hotel with simple and authentic design offers an internship opportunity as F&B Assistant in Porto Ercole.

The resource, in collaboration, will be responsible for:

• Supervising and managing all areas of the Food & Beverage (F&B) department
• Providing welcoming and assistance to guests to ensure an extraordinary experience
• Collaborating with the F&B department Manager in organizing and planning activities
• Contributing to the creation and management of menus for selected clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
• Ensuring excellent service regarding food, beverages, and customer service
• Handling customer requests and resolving issues in the best possible way
• Maintaining strict control over the quality, quantity, presentation, and services provided to customers
• Providing support to the F&B department’s secretariat
• Managing and monitoring restaurant reservations

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Excellent knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite
• Positive attitude, service, and customer-oriented
• Knowledge of food and beverage characteristics
• Excellent interpersonal skills, courtesy, and flexibility
• Passion for the hotel industry, especially in the Food & Beverage sector
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
