A publishing group and digital media company based in Naples offers an internship opportunity within the Event Management area.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the organization and coordination of events, corporate initiatives and special projects;
• Assisting in the planning of operational and logistical activities related to events;
• Supporting the management of relationships with suppliers, partners and stakeholders involved in projects;
• Assisting the team in preparing materials and documentation required for event execution;
• Collaborating in the monitoring of project activities and timelines;
• Supporting the team in organizational and communication activities related to events.

Requirements:

• Master in Event Management;
• Interest in the events, communication and digital media sectors;
• Good command of the English language;
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Accuracy, proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team.
