Innovative Start-Up in the consulting sector offers an internship opportunity as Digital Marketing Assistant in Milan.

The candidate, working alongside the assigned tutor and manager, will be responsible for:

• Supporting in organizing various online and on-site activities aimed at enhancing the company’s visibility and brand awareness
• Managing key communication channels: planning the PED and executing social media strategies, interacting with the online network, and adhering to the company’s tone of voice
• Creating engaging and informative digital content to fuel a significant and engaging online presence for the company (articles, newsletters, social media posts, email marketing, and more)
• Enhancing the company’s online visibility through keyword research, link building, and other SEO (Search Engine Optimization) practices to optimize search engine rankings
• Analyzing marketing metrics and data to monitor and improve the performance of digital campaigns, website traffic, conversion, and social media engagement
• Supporting in the planning and organization of company events (location, logistics, catering, informational materials, invitations, etc.).

Requirements:

• Proficiency in managing major social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Passion for social media, storytelling, and content marketing
• Goal-oriented with a predisposition for continuous learning
• Proactive and multitasking approach, with problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Excel
• Good interpersonal and team-working skills.
